After a not so great experience at another GMC dealership my family decided to go to Brustolon to search for our new vehicle. Dan and his co-workers listened to what we wanted and provided extremely exceptional service. We bought a brand new vehicle at an amazing price. They were fair, honest, and truly cared about my family's needs; both financially and economically. We have two very small children so we needed to move fast as time is limited before one of them gets upset. The entire staff took this into account and had us in and out with our brand new amazing truck! Thank you so much for all you do, you guys are the best. You have our business for life.

Bill in the service department is just so nice and easy to deal with. I have always been happy having my car serviced at brustolon.

I came here to get a simple VIN verification an emissions test done on a vehicle I bought out of state. I was having trouble finding the correct paperwork as different states have different paperwork they provide. In this case the paperwork was folded up behind the temp plate on the back glass. While trying to find the paperwork I brought in all the papers the dealer gave me from where I purchased out of state. The younger girl helping me was doing great, being kind, respectful an even offered to look through the folder the dealer gave me to see if I overlooked it. This is when the service stopped being great as her co-worker, Kevin, decided to make rude remarks at her infront of me saying "why are you doing that", "that's not your job" etc. Fine whatever I continued to search for the paperwork while she was asking what else could work since I couldn't find the necessary papers. Mind you all this time I received dirty looks from Kevin. I'm not sure if my skin color had anything to do with it as he was fine with other customers. He wasn't even the person I was dealing with yet made it a point to intrude whenever he could. She had the car taken off the lift an I was on my way. Called the dealer I got it from to ask for the registration an he told me the temp plate should be enough so i brought that back in, she asked if that would work which it would so back in my car went. Everything got settled an as I was leaving Kevin decided he needed to make some more rude remarks on how "I should know where the papers should be" with other words exchanged also. I'm sorry not everyone buys a vehicles on a daily basis where they know exactly what's what. An not everyone works at a dealership. If you want to be attacked sarcastically, berated an just have a poor overall experience at a dealership then Kevin is your go to man. This man does absolutely not belong at a front desk, he belongs in a box cubicle away from any potential customers. A man that rudely an openly scrutinizes his customers an fellow employees is not a place where I would like to do future business. This being said I have done buissnes with this dealership before an have had friends I've brought to this dealership to do service and purchase vehicles with no issues whatsoever, an with a kind an courteous staff. Maybe Kevin was having a bad day, maybe it was the color of my skin or maybe he's just plain an simple rude. But that was no way to treat any customer.

I have been a customer since 1995. I've dealt with poor employees at a time in between but they were short lived. What I would like to see is more attentive sales people, I have browsed a few times this year and not once have I had a sales person come out to see if he or she could sell me a car or truck.
